The Branch manager is responsible and accountable for managing a team that will consistently meet performance expectations in terms of sales growth, retail execution, customer experience and profitability.
The Branch Manager is required to do what it takes to get the job done.
Skill Set Required:
• Must have previous management experience (2-3 years) in a retail environment
• Proven leadership in a team environment, demonstrated talent in building and strengthening relationships across functionally
• Demonstrated dynamic interpersonal skills which motivate and enhance team performance
• Demonstrated excellence in effectively executing plans and strategies
• Ability to consistently exercise sound judgment
• Motivated individual dedicated to providing excellent customer service with cheerful enthusiasm
• Excellent written & oral communication & presentation skills
• Excellent priority management and time management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Is able to lead and motivate a staff of up to 20
• Has an interest in Aftermarket Truck Accessories
• Can bring fun, enthusiasm & leadership to our organization
