  • Question : When will my order be shipped?
    Answer : All orders received before 4:00 PM (MST) will be shipped same day (Monday thru Friday).

    Question : I live in the US. What kind of shipping cost should I expect to pay?
    Answer : US shipments are subject to actual shipping fees. Additionally all fees are the responsibility of the US buyer and are separate fees additional to the original shipping fee. Buyer should expect a bill from the shipping company for all duties, customs fee, etc.. It will be your responsibility to pay those fees to the shipping company upon receipt of the bill.

    Question : Will I be charged a shipping fee if I pick-up my purchase at one of your store locations?
    Answer : No. Shipping is FREE on any regular item for any dollar amount sent to any Custom Truck Parts Store for Pick-up.

    Question : My purchase arrived damaged. What do I do?
    Answer : Custom Truck Parts is not responsible for damage incurred to product in transit, so please inspect every parcel and delivery carefully BEFORE accepting delivery from the carrier. Once you have accepted delivery from the carrier it is very difficult to file a claim. Your signature on the weigh bill indicates that you have inspected the goods, quantity and condition of delivery is okay! Please contact the courier for damaged shipment.

    Question : I just requested a credit on a purchase. When can I expect my credit?
    Answer : Credit will not be issued until we receive/inspect the product being returned to insure it is in resellable condition. You will then be issued the appropriate credit.

    Question : What kind of warranty do you provide?
    Answer : All products (excluding clearance) are covered by the Manufacturers Warranty Policy. If you have a warranty problem, please contact the manufacturers directly.

    Question : What products do not qualify for a credit?
    Answer : Open boxes, damaged shipment, mis-boxed, mislabeled, damaged parts, defective product, mis-shipped products are ONLY eligible for exchange of product. There will be no credit issued for any of the above items, replacement of product only.

    Question : How many days do I have to return a product?
    Answer : Returns are accepted on products up to 30 days after initial purchase. All return requests for orders after 30 days, correct OR incorrect WILL NOT BE HONORED.

    Question : I bought a Special Order Product. Can I return it?
    Answer : No. All Special Order products are non-refundable.

    Question : Are electronic products returnable?
    Answer : No. All 12-Volt and Electronic products are non-refundable.

    Question : I bought a product but have already installed it. Can I still return it?
    Answer : No. Any part which has been installed or has been worked on with a tool such as a wrench or screwdriver are non-refundable (ie, wheels, tires, accessories).

    Question : I would like to cancel an order. What should I expect?
    Answer : All cancelled orders are subject to a 10% order cancellation fee, if cancelled within the first 2 hours of order placement. All cancelled orders after 2 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. After 12 hours orders may not be cancelled.

    Question : I just requested a credit. When should I expect an answer?
    Answer : Your return request will be processed within 7 working days. Please be sure you have entered a valid email account, and that account does not have a spam blocker which could block our response. Our response will include your Return Goods Authorization Number and the address to ship your product.
